Instruction
From children to elder adults, online or in-person, for individuals or large groups, I offer a safe, welcoming accessible space for beginners and experienced dancers alike to center and activate the body from the ground up, learn and explore the qualities of a particular style, as well as context and history. I engage students in choreographic exploration to later emerge with playful improvisation.
Classes, courses and workshops can be tailored to student interests, needs and limitations at dance studios, universities, after-school programs, elderly facilities and public outdoor spaces.
